great access to irving landmarks and parks for city explorers

my stay was enhanced by the close proximity to the beautiful Victoria Park and the vibrant Toyota Music Factory, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks while taking in the local scenery. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful, which added a welcoming touch to my experience.

The room was spacious, but the hallway smelled of dog waste.

This place was just a strong match for a city break in Irving with excellent value for money. The staff was friendly and even helped me with a minor issue I had with the room. Consider bringing your own breakfast if you want something more than muffins and coffee.

the location of extended stay was perfect for my family trip, just a short drive to richardson. the deluxe studio was clean and comfortable, which was a big plus. i appreciate that complimentary wifi was available. Tameka's excellent customer service made a huge difference, always greeting us and keeping everything in tip-top shape.

Unfortunately, I encountered some cleanliness issues—there was trash on the floor and old food in the fridge when I checked in. The laundry room had mostly dysfunctional equipment, with just two washers operational during my stay. Hallways showed a lack of regular upkeep, with dirt accumulating and trash lingering outside, making the atmosphere less inviting.

I appreciated the spacious layout of the suite during my stay. The kitchen had everything I needed, which made preparing meals easy. One evening, I enjoyed some country music while cooking dinner. The staff was welcoming, especially when I needed assistance with my request. It reminded me of the hospitality I cherish back home in Italy.

I noticed some disturbances from other guests, which made it tough to relax at times. The cleaning service felt inconsistent, as there were some overlooked areas in the room.

i stayed in a queen studio non-smoking and had a much better experience than my previous stay in irving. the staff was incredibly friendly, and i appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals easy. overall, the ambiance was pleasant and exceeded my expectations during my time alone.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Beautiful Studio with 1 Queen Bed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was equipped with cookware, which was convenient for preparing meals. They do not offer daily housekeeping, but there are laundry facilities available. I had a satisfactory experience. 😊

The location was a steal, just across from the DART rail! My room was decent enough, and I was relieved to find it relatively clean upon arrival. Better than sleeping in my car!

The elevator felt like a haunted house with all the smells! And the staff seemed a bit more interested in perfecting their eye rolls than helping out.
